Premium Package Prerequisites: Access Requirements for a Smooth Onboarding
To ensure a smooth onboarding experience and avoid unnecessary delays, it's important to set up the right access for each module in the Premium Package. This article outlines the prerequisites for Human Risk Protection, Cloud File Security, Web Asset Security, Email Security, and Browser Security, so your team can get started quickly and securely.
Required User Access
Human Risk Protection:
A Super Admin account to the tenant (Microsoft 365/Azure AD or Google Workspace) for configuration and integration.
Ensure the account has the necessary permissions to retrieve user data (e.g., email addresses, first names, and last names) for onboarding.
Cloud File Security:
For GWS: 1.Google Workspace Super Admin Account
For O365: 1.Office 365 Global Admin Account
Web Asset Security:
Users must have permission from their company to add any endpoints to be scanned. Please provide a list of websites, portals, or APIs that require protection
Endpoint Security:
1.MDM Availability Check:
Confirm if you have an MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution in place.
If yes, the EDR agent can be pushed centrally to all laptops.
If no, proceed to the next steps for manual deployment.
2.Admin Account Access:
Ensure you have an admin account with access to the platform (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) to retrieve user details.
Email Security:
Admin Account Access:
Ensure you have an admin account with access to the email platform (e.g., Microsoft Office 365 (O365) or Google Workspace (GWS)) for authentication and user retrieval.
Browser Security:
1.MDM Availability Check:

If yes, the browser extension can be pushed centrally to all devices.
If no, proceed to the next steps for manual deployment.
