MDM Availability Check:
Confirm if you have an MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution in place.
If yes, the browser extension can be pushed centrally to all devices.
If no, proceed to the next steps for manual deployment.
Admin Account Access:
Ensure you have an admin account with access to the platform (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) to retrieve user details.
User Selection:
Use the admin account to retrieve and select the list of users who need the browser extension installed.
Extension Deployment:
With MDM: The browser extension will be pushed automatically to all devices.
Without MDM: An email with installation instructions will be sent to the selected users for manual installation.
