Prerequisites for Onboarding into the Browser Security Module

To ensure a seamless onboarding process and effective implementation of the Browser Security Module, please ensure the following prerequisites are met:

1. MDM Availability Check:

   • Confirm if you have an MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution in place.

     • If yes, the browser extension can be pushed centrally to all devices.

     • If no, proceed to the next steps for manual deployment.

2. Admin Account Access:

   • Ensure you have an admin account with access to the platform (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) to retrieve user details.

3. User Selection:

   • Use the admin account to retrieve and select the list of users who need the browser extension installed.

4. Extension Deployment:

   • With MDM: The browser extension will be pushed automatically to all devices.

   • Without MDM: An email with installation instructions will be sent to the selected users for manual installation.
