To ensure a smooth onboarding process, please provide the following information:
Admin Account Access:
Ensure you have an admin account with access to the email platform (e.g., Microsoft Office 365 (O365) or Google Workspace (GWS)) for authentication and user retrieval.
User Notification:
Once activation is initiated on the platform, only the user who activates will receive an email notification to access the Sublime platform and follow the installation steps.
App Installation:
The activating user will need to install the Sublime app on their workspace by following the provided instructions.
During installation, the user will select their email platform (Google or Microsoft) and authenticate using the admin account.
User Selection:
After authentication, retrieve and select the list of user emails that need to be protected.
Identify and select VIP mailboxes for enhanced security measures.
